Scoring
Deterministic 0–100 score (NAICS + keywords + set-aside fit + value range + deadline runway + past-performance bonus), then Claude analyzes top candidates to evaluate capacity, capability gaps, incumbent signal, set-aside eligibility, and issue a pursue/monitor/pass recommendation.
